Goodwood Revival

It was a great day when Goodwood called us in April to ask if I could drive the FORD GT40 P/1012 to the Revival to participate in the Dan Gurney Tribute, celebrating the fabulous career from the American Legend.
This particular car was driven to 2nd place of the Daytona 24h in 1966 by Dan associated with Grant and Payne.
There was about 20 of the most exciting cars driven or built by Dan, this was a fabulous celebration.
"1012" was parked in the paddock next to "J5" the 1967 Le Mans winner which Dan shared with AJ Foyt.
On Sunday I was very proud Dan Gurney accepted to dedicate the car.
The Revival is the most beautiful classic car event in the world... impossible to count it in a few lines. This is the kind of events you have to live to belive in !
