Our example number L2657, a rarer 2020 model, with the desirable Magnaride suspension and B&O sound system, was registered new in Germany on 21 July 2020. In October 2023, it was purchased with only 2500 km on the clock by the second owner who wanted to improve the car's handling and appearance.
In fact, the European cars are much less fun to drive than the American ones, with 460hp instead of 480hp and fitted with a very disappointing longer gearing, which basically made the 5th and 6th gears useless. Also, the rear differential on the EU cars is not the fantastic Torsen, but the standard GT one.
Steeda in the USA, who are the best Mustang tuners, were contacted and this example would receive a full upgrade. Over two months the car was significantly upgraded to make it the perfect Bullitt. Most of the attention was focused on the chassis and suspension, resulting in an impressive improvement in handling. The car is now stiffer, perfectly neutral and free of the unpleasant "wheel hop" that every Mustang suffers from. The engine was upgraded to 490hp and the exhaust was fitted with an X-pipe. The car also received a Torsen differential with a 4.09 final drive, allowing the use of all of the six gears
The car's aesthetics benefited from Chad McQueen's ultra-confidential "Mullholland" wheels, painted in Dark Highland Green, which are truly magnificent and literally transform the look of the car. In addition, the original rough plastic sills and bumpers lips have been tastefully finished in satin black.
In total, more than €20,000 has been invested and the result is stunning.
With analogue handling, manual transmission and great looks, this exceptional example would satisfy the most demanding Mustang amateur as well as the sports car driver.
The car is presented in mint condition with only 26000km on the clock.

Model history
Launched in 2019, the Mustang " Bullitt " has been unanimously recognized as a fabulous tribute car that made emotion and driving pleasure everything.
Starting from a standard GT, the American Bullitts were equipped with a Brembo brake system, Ford Performance front control arms, GT350 intake allowing 480 hp, Torsen differential, 3.73 final drive, specific wheels, active exhaust. Some were fitted with the optional Magnaride ( a four modes piloted suspension ), which combined with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres, improved the car's grip considerably. Although the emotion at the wheel would come as no surprise, all the upgrades turned the passive Mustang into a stunningly good driver.
With its amazing handling and sound tracking plus its fabulous looks in Dark Highland Green, it certainly gives a bit of the original Mc Queen's thrill. Call it the "Head Turner" or the "Thumb Riser", success is the corner at every crossroad.
Over two years of production, around 10000ex were assembled, of which only 2500 for the EU market.
